We know what it's all about

Based on a strong focus on political decision making processes, NotuBiz has developed a unique concept in the field of council publications. We regard council publications to be the active counterpart and successor of council informations, which is why we use the term council publications exclusively. 

Through a well thought out vision on the functioning of local politics we offer our clients a simple and practical solution that is easy to use, in order to actively provide information to councilors, residents and other stakeholders of the city council. We do so in an innovative and anticipatory way. The services we supply cover the total field of work of the clerk's office.

NotuBiz originates from Notuleerservice Nederland, a service which supplies meeting minutes. NotuBiz is therefore firmly rooted in the processes of written reporting. In the wake of the implementation of dualism in the Netherlands in 2002, NotuBiz became a pioneer of what is now called digital or audiovisual reporting. 

We keep developing and expanding our services. We are dedicated to actively enlarging our technological lead by continuous innovation, which we do by closely working together with our clients.
